About Me
I am a Data Scientist with over 5 years of experience in data science, biostatistics, and machine learning, specializing in healthcare and biomedical data. During my Ph.D., I worked on developing predictive models and data-driven solutions for cancer research and clinical data analysis.
My work focuses on applying machine learning, statistical modeling, and bioinformatics approaches to analyze large-scale biomedical datasets, including RNA-seq and multi-omics data. I have experience building predictive models, performing survival analysis, and developing reproducible data science workflows using R and Python.
Previously, I worked as a Data Analyst at Florida International University, where I analyzed healthcare and COVID-19 datasets, developed dashboards, and conducted geospatial analytics to support healthcare decision-making.
